Have You Seen SouthField Lately?

If you haven't found a moment to visit us lately, we'd like to show you the amazing progress that's happening at SouthField -- single family homes, townhomes, garden court homes and apartments (the first three photos below) in our first neighborhood, SouthField Highlands.  Of course, we'd love to show you around in person, but in the meantime enjoy this little sneak peak!  These were just taken yesterday, and there's much much more to see, so come on by! 

SouthField Fall Festival Great Day for Entire Family

Mother Nature blessed us with sun and warm winds for our bigger and better second annual Fall Festival on September 24th.  Hundreds of people had a great time touring all the new home construction, sampling the great food, and enjoying all the activities.  It is so gratifying to watch people react so very favorably to our beautiful new community. 

It's Time for a Swim or Kayak Adventure!

Family-friendly Wessagussett Beach and Yacht Club

Who doesn't need a cool down in these crazy high temps?!  There's no need to look further than Weymouth for a refreshing dip.

Try Wessagussett Beach (right next door to Wessagussett Yacht Club), George Lane Beach (off River Street), and Whitman's Pond (off Middle Street).  Great not only for swimming, they're also ideal kayaking spots.  And don't forget fishing, sailing and all your other water sports!

The South Shore's boating headquarters is also located in Weymouth, at Monahan's Marine, stocked with boards, kayaks and water skis.

We are thrilled to welcome Steve and Molly LeMott to SouthField, and are happy to report that they are very excited to be here:  "Woke up this morning at SouthField & it was wonderful," says Molly!
